Intellectual Property Rights

  1. Ayushyaveda Wellness is the absolute owner of all its brands, trademarks, slogans, Logos, brand names, product names and any other intellectual property created by Ayushyaveda Wellness, Its suppliers and licensors.

  2. Ayushyaveda Wellness and its suppliers and licensors expressly and exclusively reserve all the intellectual property rights in all text, programs, products, processes, technology, content, software, and other materials, which appear Ayushyaveda Wellness website, including its looks and feel.

Consequently, the intellectual property of Ayushyaveda Wellness including images, illustrations, audio clips, and video clips, are protected by copyrights, trademarks, shall not be copied, reproduced, duplicated, republished, downloaded, posted, transmitted, distributed, or modified in whole or in part or in any other form whatsoever, except for your personal, non-commercial use only.
